A small international flottilia of sailing boots came to Odessa and visited OSVITON.

The guests received a warm welcome and a presentation of the OSVITON projects, which they commented very positively. Andrey Anin, OSVITON project manager, showed the visitors the beautifull sides of Odessa and was able to  put together a program which was interesting for everybody.

After 3 days the ships had to sail on and our new friends were bid farewell. Mr. and Mrs. Disman thanked us in the name of all participants and handed  a generous donation to the OSVITON director Mrs. Inna Boyko, together with best wishes  from all of the ship crews.

 The JOY being prepared for departure

On the way to Odessa the JOY had to pass through a severe storm which broke the sail winch drum. Vectris Ukraine engineer Sergeji created a better spare part of stainless steel.
